Adrian Dix ; A Discriminating Look at a Potential Premier!

Adrian Dix ; White men need not apply!

So the latest poll shows farebeater and NDP leader Adrian Dix picking up a few points in the best overall potential premier category dropping soon to be deposed BC Liberal Leader and current Premier Christy Clark into second place.

If Dix wins what will he stand for?

Today we begin an 11 month long series into what BC Might look like under Adrian Dix,

We will begin with..Discrimination.

At the recent BC NDP Annual convention Dix went on the record when he said “as of the 2013 provincial election, elected female NDP MLAs who retire will only be able to be replaced with another woman. Male MLAs who retire will have to be replaced with either a woman or a member of an equity-seeking group, such as a member of a First Nation.”

In other words if you are not a woman nor a part of an equity-seeking group you need not apply.

Dix passes the off as controversial and says it will affect only a small number of seats because the BCNDP is so sure they are going to win nobody will quit.

It is a lot more than controversial, it is basic discrimination aka racism.

But to Dix and his party a little bit of discrimination is okay as long as it is contained.

If you were a regular company posting this as part of a job ad you would be drawn and quartered by both the labor board and a human rights council.

So in a BC under Adrian Dix and the BC NDP discrimination is acceptable.

Is this what you want your province to look like?

  1. This policy has a direct effect on the choice of candidates who will run to represent the riding of Pitt Meadows-Maple Ridge. Voters will have to ask themselves: in the 21st century, do I support a party that engages in overt racial, sexual, and gender discrimination? Should I fund and contribute time to furthering discrimination that is unacceptable? Or worse, a policy that seeks to justify and defend itself under the guise of political correctness?

It is an absolute insult to woman, LGBT, aboriginals and others who can and should be able to determine whether to run or not to run for political office based on their ability to do the job, and not based on an artificial quota system. This policy also reinforces the harshest and most negative historic of gender stereotypes: the errant belief a woman must be beholden to another or have to rely on another to achieve success in the political arena.

    1. This is an awesome well thought out explanation for a problem the BCNDP has created. Imagine if you will the mess they will make if they were in government.

      Thank you for your comment!

  2. well then you might want to vote for the bc Conservatives I think the liberals are all going to jump ship soon and you will see the rite wing liberals go to the conservatives. if John Cummings brings up not to ban plastic bags or to get rid of smart meters he will win I think because both kristy Clark and adriane Dix beleive in enviromental crap. and the science is against them now with all the new evidence coming out.

    1. Judging by today’s weather here in BC, That environmental crap ( As in global warming) is crap!

      Thanks for commenting!

  3. When Dix was Glen Clark’s sidekick BC saw 8 consecutive deficit budgets, record unemployment, record out migration of workers and families from the province, businesses leaving in droves, higher taxes, lies, lies and more lies, ultimately Dix had to resign for forging documents related to his boss Glen Clark.

  4. Just wondering, does that mean that if a leader is defeated the new leader must be the same sex as the defeated one. Does that discrimination apply to the federal ndp also. I think they have some rule that a certain percentage of candidates must be women. No mention if they have to be qualified, or could get elected, just women.

    1. All good points. I will research the federal part. By these rules since Adrian replaced Carol he shouldn’t have been allowed 🙂

      Thanks!
